Over the past few years, consumers have embraced online ordering more than ever — in fact, according to some estimates, as many as 42% of food orders are now placed online*. An omni-channel strategy — through which customers can order your food on myriad digital channels like your owned app or website and third-party marketplaces — is critical to capturing order volume in an increasingly digital world. Grubhub partners with hundreds of thousands of restaurants nationwide, and thanks to those partnerships, we’ve determined a secret to success in the restaurant industry: how to pair your owned channels with third-party marketplaces to maximize customer acquisition and engagement. In this session, Grubhub experts and our restaurant partners including Amy Hom (REEF Kitchens), Chris Ives (Bubbakoo's Burritos), and Jared Tran (Pearl Express) will discuss how to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction by leveraging myriad digital channels the right way.

Consumers were already embracing digital solutions, but over the past 18+ months, we witnessed - and were forced to embrace - an unprecedented acceleration of technology. Pick-up, Delivery and even In Restaurant Technologies challenged restaurants to survive and consumers to find new ways to experience food service. So now, as the world re-emerges and foot traffic returns, restaurants should ask: "What do customers want and how will we continue to meet their expectations in 2022 and beyond?"
For the fourth year in a row, Tillster commissioned a survey of 1,000 QSR and Fast-Casual consumers to understand the impact of technology on customer behavior. Tillster CMO Hope Neiman will share findings and actionable takeaways from this “hot off the press” report, comparing the latest findings with where previous results showed consumers were already heading. You will leave this interactive session with key insights and a better understanding of customers' preferences in the post-pandemic world.

In today’s fight for talent, one operational lever is increasingly viewed by top operators as both a major constraint on the business and the path to growth: team execution. Specifically, ops leaders are investing in initiatives that will give them an edge in both making store and field employees more efficient and that will raise the bar on the quality of execution across every one of their stores.
