Marisa Carona has served as the Chief US Franchise Operations Officer for Wingstop since July 2022. Marisa joined the company in February 2015 and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer. During her time with the company, Marisa has led key areas of the business including corporate strategy, ESG, training, and marketing. Prior to joining Wingstop, Marisa led strategic initiatives at 7-Eleven, with an emphasis on innovation. Marisa began her career as an engineer for Lockheed Martin where she held various operations leadership roles.
