Jason Noorian

Jason has worked for Brinker for 31 years and started as a dishwasher in Houston, TX.
Since then, Jason spent 7 years in Operations in various hourly positions while pursuing an Economics & Finance degree as well as an MBA.
After finishing his bachelor's degree, Jason transferred to the RSC, where he worked closely with General Managers and the P&L in Restaurant Accounting.
Through Jason’s career at the RSC, he’s worked with multiple brands focused on Sales, Marketing, Labor, and P&A responsibilities. Jason currently leads the Operations Finance Team, focused on performance systems and driving Key Results.
Jason’s been married to Aubrey for 23 years and they have 3 kids. They enjoy travel, hiking, gardening, and spending time supporting their children’s activities.
