Ware Sykes is the CEO of Seasoned, the a hospitality-centric community to connect food service professionals with employers. Previously, he was CEO of Nowait, which pioneered the ability for consumers to “get in line” remotely to thousands of casual-dining restaurants across the country. Nowait was acquired by Yelp in 2017, where served as Vice President of Yelp’s restaurant strategy. Earlier in his career, Ware was an executive at TheLadders, an online job-search service for corporate professionals. He holds an MBA in finance and entrepreneurial studies from Columbia Business School and a BA in economics from Hamilton College.
A recent transplant to the Bay Area, Ware lives with his wife and two children, and spends his time golfing, cooking, and dining out.
