Thomas Grote is the Chief Catalyst Officer at the Edge Innovation Hub. As Chief Catalyst, he drives food-tech innovation for Grote family businesses and investments including Donatos Pizza—a family-owned national pizza chain, the Grote Company—a developer and manufacturer of industrial food automation equipment, and BeeHex—a 3D food printing company. The Edge Innovation Hub has developed and is currently commercializing the Sm^rt Saucer—a pizza sauce applicator for pizza operators.
