Scott Boatwright joined Chipotle Mexican Grill in May of 2017 and serves as the Chief Restaurant Officer. In his current role, he is responsible for overseeing daily operations of more than 2,400 restaurants with 70,000 employees in the United States and Canada. He is also accountable for facilities, training, food safety, supply chain and compliance.
Prior to joining Chipotle, Boatwright held several leadership positions with Arby’s Restaurant Group from 2011 overseeing company and franchised operations, including serving as SVP of Operations until his departure in 2017.
Boatwright graduated from Georgia State University Robinson School of Business with a Masters in Business Administration.
Boatwright and his wife, Erin, currently live in Denver and enjoy golfing, mountain climbing and biking.
