Patrick is responsible for departments and direct reports consisting of Operations, Facilities and Building Systems, Office Services, Purchasing, Food and Beverage. Manages the design of restaurant kitchens, cafes, building systems, and FF&E associated with the development and opening of all new locations. Actively seeks out opportunities for new acquisitions to grow and develop the business and new business opportunities.
