Mike Collette is the Director of National Accounts for Smithfield Foodservice, the leading pork producer in the world with more than 52 Million employees worldwide. Mike has been in Foods sales for over 40 years working with both brick and mortar and software companies. He has worked in various leadership roles within the industry such as directing Foodservice sale’s teams for Nabisco, Instill, ConAgra and Smithfield Foods.
