Matt Rubin is the Vice President of the Digital business for Popeyes in North America. In this role, he is responsible for leading Popeyes’ digital growth strategy, partnering with marketing, operations, and restaurant technology to integrate the digital guest experience across the brand. Matt has been with Restaurant Brands International and their portfolio of brands for since 2015. Prior to joining Popeyes North America, Matt led Regional Marketing for Popeyes and Burger King in the Asia-Pacific region, based in Singapore. While in Asia, Matt helped launch the Popeyes brand in key markets, such as China and India. In his time with Burger King and Popeyes, Matt has worked with over 50 markets across North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific and worked closely with franchisees to drive meaningful and sustainable sales growth in each of those regions. Matt received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his BA from Columbia University.
