  • Joined Carlisle Corporation, a 16 unit Wendy’s franchise in bankruptcy and un-expandable
  • Appointed President of Carlisle Corporation, which then grew to over 140 locations in 4 states
  • Carlisle Corporation won the Wendy’s Founder’s Award, the highest franchise honor
  • Joined Wendy’s of Bowling Green in 2007 as Operating Partner for the Indiana Division
  • Named Operating Partner for the Kentucky Division in 2009
  • Wendy’s of Bowling Green awarded Wendy’s Jim Near Legacy Award, Employer of Choice
  • Wendy’s of Bowling Green awarded the Wendy’s Founder’s Award in 2011
  • Wendy’s of Bowling Green Partner and COO in 2012
  • Inducted into the Wendy’s Hall of Fame in 2015
