Jay is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of WKS Restaurant Corporation and has been in the restaurant business for 18 years. WKS is a franchisee of El Pollo Loco, Wendy’s, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Denny’s, Blaze Pizza, and Corner Bakery Cafe. WKS operates over 180 locations in ten states and employs approximately 5,000 people. Jay is passionate about helping others become better leaders and achieve success in the restaurant industry. He has extensive experience in real estate development, people and culture development, and best in class restaurant operations.
