Jason is Director in Aon’s Northeast region and is located in Washington, D.C. His focus is on broad based compensation.
Jason has over 14 years of compensation experience and has assisted clients in a variety of consulting services including: job architecture, job leveling, job evaluation, competitive benchmarking, salary structure design, salary administration, survey portfolio consulting, incentive plan benchmarking; compensation training and the development of compensation policies and guidelines. As a Director, Jason has worked on a variety of restaurant clients including McDonald’s, Peet’s Coffee, Torchy’s Tacos, and In-N-Out Burger.
He holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an M.B.A degree from the University of Maryland University College.
He first began working in the HR industry in 2004, specializing in compensation starting in 2008.
He holds a B.A. in history from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland University College.
