Hope Neiman is the Chief Marketing Officer of Tillster, the global leader in digital ordering and engagement programs for the multi-unit restaurant industry. Her expertise lies in executing integrated marketing campaigns known for being true to their partner brands creatively, with a focus on conversions and revenue optimization. During her 25+year career she has focused on new and innovative ways to develop Customer Lifetime Value.
Previously, Neiman served as Chief Marketing Officer at ShoeDazzle, a leading online fashion subscription service and social commerce site. During her time at ShoeDazzle, Neiman and her team implemented marketing programs that grew revenues 250%. She also executed ground-breaking social media programs which helped increase brand awareness and loyalty. As a result the company saw a deeper engagement with its customer segments with 50% increase in conversion rates.
During her tenure in the marketing industry Neiman has worked for marquee brands such as, Disney Interactive, McKinsey & Company, and Procter & Gamble and co-founded two e-commerce based businesses.
Neiman received a BA in mathematics, magna cum laude, from Wesleyan University, and an MBA from Harvard.
