Hannibal Baldwin

A fifth-generation Tampa native, Hannibal graduated from the University of South Florida in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Shortly after, he and his brothers, Keenan and Trevor, formed Shibumi Capital Partners (formerly Baldwin Beach Capital), a private equity and venture capital fund focused on restaurant and specialty retail opportunities. Hannibal then dove further into the restaurant industry, partnering with Keenan to build the Yogurtology brand.

In building these businesses, Hannibal and Keenen experienced firsthand the growth challenges that many brands face, especially in regard to site selection. Their determination to help solve these problems led them to found SiteZeus in 2013, leveraging artificial intelligence and big data to create a scientific approach to site selection. Today, this location intelligence platform helps countless multi-unit brands expand and optimize their portfolios with confidence.
