Gilbert Bailey drives the Analytics & Customer Engagement team for Xenial, a Global Payments company. Global Payments represents over 2.5 million merchant locations across 30 countries. Gilbert is directly involved with well-known national brands, such as Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Panda Express, Qdoba Mexican Eats and Whataburger. The Xenial division holds a 19% market share of the US restaurant industry building products, including order management, back office, CRM, customer engagement, gift, mobile payments and wait list-reservations, for not only the restaurant industry but retail and petro as well.

Gilbert has been a leader in technology for 25 years, earning back-to-back Inc. 500’s early in his career and back-to-back Fast 50 Awards in Charlotte, NC two decades later. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Political Science with a focus in Russian Soviet Studies from Guilford College of Greensboro, North Carolina, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees.
