Klein started FK Restaurants & Hospitality consultancy in 1995 and has helped emerging brands with strategies to engage vendor partners to increase revenues and efficiencies in the ever-changing fast casual landscape.
Asian Box was an early adapter of the use of 3rd party delivery services for both individual and catering orders and the brand early on engineered key design elements to ensure efficiencies of service in this area.
