Eric Sheen is a (30) + year accomplished restaurant operations executive. Eric's hospitality career began in the dish room of a restaurant golf course at age 16. He eventually transitioned to the operational management & culinary side of the food service business for private & publicly held restaurant companies as the “cost control ninja” focusing on all aspects of operations and micro-managing every financial statement line item.
His passion has always been flying airplanes and has over (30) + years' experience as commercial and professional corporate pilot with multiple jet aircraft type ratings.
Eric is currently the Chief Executive Officer for Restaurant Partners Procurement, a custom supply chain management company based in Orlando Florida. He also serves as an advisor and board member for local Central Florida companies.
