David Norman

Dave is currently the CEO of DavCo Restaurants. Dave joined DavCo in 1997 as it’s General Counsel and since then has also served as Chief Financial Officer and President. While working for DavCo, Dave has successfully lead the buy out of an equity sponsor, the sale of two markets and the divestiture of a secondary restaurant Brand. Dave also lead the development of an analytical approach to menu pricing which has helped DavCo to achieve significantly lower food costs on gross sales than the system averages. Dave is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and Cornell University Law School.
