Andy Rebhun joined CAVA as Chief Experience Officer in 2023 where he leads the Catering, Communications, Creative, Digital and Marketing teams. From 2019 to 2023, he held several senior leadership positions at El Pollo Loco, including Chief Marketing Officer and VP of Digital. Prior to that, Andy served in various marketing and digital leadership roles at McDonald’s Corporation in Boston, Chicago, and Atlanta. Andy brings expertise in commercialization, from new products to existing product expansion, to repeatedly turning around underperforming businesses. He's known as an engaging people leader who operates with agility, motivating employees and franchisees at both general office and regional environments, employing innovation, data, insights and business acumen. He has a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin Madison and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
