In his time with Epsilon, Matt has lead data-driven initiatives like segmentation, audience strategy and customer journey planning for restaurant brands including McDonald’s, Panera Bread and Wingstop. Matt brings over 15 years of marketing, loyalty and CRM experience across several hospitality and entertainment companies including MGM Resorts International, Caesars Entertainment and Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants. Matt earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Northern Colorado and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
