Vishal was born, raised and educated in India, where he received his MBA and spent four years working at Citigroup. He then moved to Vancouver to be a part of the e-commerce retail startup, Choxi, as Chief Marketing Officer where he played an instrumental role in the growth of the company for six years. After moving with the company to the United States, Vishal found himself in New York as a featured writer for noteworthy publications, TechCrunch and Forbes, and in 2016, founded Checkmate. Since then, Vishal has successfully grown his business to be a leading technology solution for the restaurant delivery industry.
