Tana Davila is the Chief Marketing Officer at P.F. Chang’s, where she oversees the restaurant, ecommerce and retail businesses and is responsible for the omni-channel Asian culinary brand that exceeds $1B in annualized global sales. She is a Fulbright Scholar and has over 15 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods, foodservice, and multi-unit distributed retail working in both corporate and franchise models. Ms. Davila holds a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis, a J.D. in business law from Seton Hall University, and an M.B.A. from Emory University in brand management. She was recognized by the American Marketing Association as the most outstanding marketing student in her graduating class at Emory. 

Ms. Davila has extensive experience in brand strategy, consumer insights, public relations, sales planning, trade marketing, pricing, digital marketing, guest experience programming, customer lifecycle management and database marketing analytics. She has been with P.F. Chang’s for more than seven years, and her team has won multiple creative and digital industry awards during her tenure including recognition from Nation’s Restaurant News for the best limited time offering and top honors from Newsweek for America’s Best Loyalty Program. 

Prior to Ms. Davila’s time at P.F. Chang’s, she was with Grupo Bimbo, the largest baked goods company in the U.S. and globally, working on iconic household name brands including Sara Lee, Thomas English Muffins, Entenmann’s cake, Arnold & Oroweat bread.

Ms. Davila has served on the Technomic Advisory Board since 2018 where she helps provide insights and strategic counsel. In 2021, she was named to the prestigious MURTEC Top Women in Restaurant Technology list. She was recently featured in a Harvard Business Review case study as well as a guest on the Restaurants Reinvented podcast. 

Ms. Davila lives in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and young daughter.
