Susannah Ryan has been with PepsiCo for over 20 years, and is currently Vice President, Industry Relations & Business Development, responsible for developing and executing the annual operating plan and investment strategy for PepsiCo Foodservice Industry Relations. She represents PepsiCo with partnering trade associations, customers and media sources, while leading Business Development engagement with prospective Global opportunities.
Passionate for the industry to be known for providing meaningful pathways with the ability to change lives, Susannah serves as Trustee on the Board of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. She is a member of the Society of Fellows of The Culinary Institute of America and serves on multiple steering committees of International Foodservice Manufacturer’s Association, Global Foodservice Hospitality Exchange, Restaurant Leadership Conference and Society of Hospitality and Foodservice Management.
A recipient of PepsiCo’s Platinum Award and Leadership Award, Susannah has held a variety of sales leadership roles across Global Foodservice and National Retail. She is a recognized Strategy Leader in setting the agenda and developing top tier cross functional teams, leading by example, delivering profitable growth and insulating superior customer focused relationships.
Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2000, Susannah held several sales and customer supply chain roles with Ralston Purina Company and Phillip Morris USA. She earned her BS in Business Administration at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Susannah and her husband, Jason, reside in Charlotte, North Carolina with their daughters, Savannah (10) and Annabella (7).
