McLane Foodservice, Inc.



Susan Adzick is senior vice president of sales and strategic relationships for McLane Company’s Foodservice division.  Susan is responsible for revenue of $15B, providing the strategic direction, business development and customer relationship management for the entire portfolio of 34 leading concept restaurant customers of McLane Foodservice.  She joined McLane in 2000, bringing foodservice and supply chain leadership, chemical manufacturing and executive management experience to her role with the company.

Susan is active in the foodservice industry, serving as 2018 chair of the Women’s Foodservice Forum, treasurer of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation, is a National Restaurant Association board member and on the Restaurant Leadership Conference’s advisory council and executive committee.

Susan started her career in food distribution with PepsiCo Food Systems as regional vice president of operations and was promoted to senior vice president of national accounts with AmeriServe Food Distribution.  She was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing with the acquisition by McLane Company.

Previously Susan was in the chemical manufacturing industry with Occidental Chemical Company, Rhone-Poulenc and DuPont de Nemours, Inc.  She has a degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA, both from Vanderbilt University.
