In January 2018 Susan Adzick was promoted to senior vice president of sales and strategic relationships for McLane Company’s Foodservice division. Susan is responsible for revenue of $15B, providing the strategic direction, business development and customer relationship management for the entire portfolio of 37 leading concept restaurant customers of McLane Foodservice. She joined McLane Company in 2000, bringing foodservice and supply chain leadership, chemical manufacturing and executive management experience to her role with the company.
Susan is active in the foodservice industry. She is the 2018 chair of the Women’s Foodservice Forum. Susan also serves as a board member of the National Restaurant Association and is a member of the board of trustees of the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation and serves on the Restaurant Leadership Conference Advisory Board.
Susan started her career in food distribution with PepsiCo Food Systems as regional vice president of operations and was promoted to senior vice president of national accounts with AmeriServe Food Distribution. She was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing with the acquisition by McLane Company.
Previously Susan was in the chemical manufacturing industry with Occidental Chemical Company, Rhone-Poulenc and DuPont de Nemours, Inc. She has a degree in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA, both from Vanderbilt University.
