Sheilina Henry is Midwest Regional Vice President of Operations at Outback Steakhouse. She is responsible for the creating memorable dining experiences while driving consistent operations at 101 restaurants, spanning 14 states.

Mrs. Henry has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry. She joined Bloomin’ Brands in 2012 as an Outback Joint Venture Partner in the Chicago and Wisconsin markets, and relocated to the Restaurant Support Center in Tampa in 2014. She led large-scale projects, such as food cost management and data management integration across several teams for all four concepts at Bloomin’ Brands. In 2016, she returned to the Outback team as the Vice President of Training & Development for Outback Steakhouse, responsible for leading the training and operational excellence programs for more than 600 restaurants across the country.

Prior to Bloomin’ Brands, Mrs. Henry was at Yum! Brands for 12 years. She held various positions within the regional operations and training functions.

Mrs. Henry has a passion for developing her people and staying engaged with outside groups. She serves on the Board of Directors for Ladies of Virtue, a transformative mentoring and leadership experience for girls, ages 9 to 18, living in underserved communities, based in her hometown of Chicago, IL. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Ohio State University and an MBA from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, concentrating on International Business and Marketing Strategy and Planning.
