Saverio Ferraro is a third generation hospitality professional with over 70+ years of restaurant, banquets, catering and event planning expertise within the family. During his 15 years in the family business Victoria's Banquet Group, Saverio started as a Dishwasher and worked his way up to C.O.O. Ready for the next challenge, he spent 3 years with NCR – Aloha consulting and selling Front of House technology, followed by 2 years with CPG Concepts as a turn-around C.O.O., leveraging his years of hospitality operations knowledge with best of breed technology to drive the financial performance of the brand. Saverio has been with Fourth since 2017, where he is proud to introduce global, industry leading operations technology to the US Hospitality industry.
In his free time, Savi enjoy’s spending time with his family, traveling, golfing and playing guitar.
