Ryan currently serves as Sr. Director of Operations Excellence & Strategic Initiatives for Dave & Buster’s with oversight of the Guest journey and overall experience efforts. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in multiple senior roles. Prior to returning to Dave & Buster’s in 2017, Ryan served as National Director of Sales for Topgolf where he led the growth of the event sales department during his tenure. Prior to Topgolf, he held positions within D&B that included General Manager, Regional Training Manager and National Director of Sales that encompass over 17 years total with the brand.
