Rob Huddleston is a design leader, innovator, problem solver, and perhaps most importantly, an antagonist.
As Director of Design & UX, Rob is a founding member of the Product Innovation Lab at Snag, where he and the team have spent the last year pursuing a new future vision for not just Snag, but for all of hourly work.
Prior to Snag, Rob spent nine years leading design efforts at Capital One, where he defined an enterprise governance model focused on executing consistent design experiences across all digital channels. He also led a responsive web effort which put the Top 10 Bank at the forefront of mobile first adoption amongst financial institutions and Fortune 200 companies in early 2013, and was responsible for developing an enterprise design language.
Rob has given keynote presentations at several top Design, UX, and Technology conferences and has participated in a variety of similar panel discussions internationally throughout recent years. Rob’s design expertise has been sited in multiple books authored by industry leaders such as Ethan Marcotte, Karen McGrane, and Brad Frost.
