Rob Goldberg has been on the leading edge of luxury lifestyle and branded experiences for 30 years. A graduate of UCLA, Goldberg has been a force in the hospitality and retail industry, successfully managing, positioning and operating a number of high-profile restaurants, hotels, acclaimed wineries and retail stores throughout the United States. Goldberg has made a career reinventing how consumers eat, drink, shop and sleep.

Goldberg currently serves as Executive Vice President of Restaurants, Bars and Food Concepts at the Tommy Bahama Group. He is charged with running every facet of the restaurant division with full P&L responsibility, product and concept development and strategic planning

Prior to Tommy Bahama, Goldberg held senior positions with Village Roadshow LTD, Moana Hotel and Restaurant Group, The PlumpJacck Group and Snowbird Ski and Summer Resort.

Goldberg lives in Seattle, Washington with his wife Frances and two daughters Georgie and Charlotte. He is an avid cyclist and triathlete and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. He has served on the national board of Tim Draper’s BizWorld Foundation, National MS Society Board of Trustees, San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors and USA Triathlon National Marketing Committee.
