Mary Hamill is the Vice President of Solution Engineering at HotSchedules. As VP of Solution Engineering, Hamill leads a team of solution engineers, a department she built from the ground up. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Hamill has helped some of the world’s largest restaurant brands solve workforce and back office challenges through HotSchedules’ innovative technology solutions.
In her role, Hamill leverages customer feedback and industry trends and challenges to evolve the HotSchedules product roadmap, helping to deliver innovative and impactful solutions that drive results. Hamill co-founded the HotSchedules Women’s Initiative & Networking Group (WING) in March 2017 to proactively improve work for women in technology as well as their roles at the company. In 2018, Hamill was recognized for her impact on the industry by Hospitality Technology’s annual awards: Top Women in Restaurant Technology.
