Mark joined The Cheesecake Factory, Inc. in California in May 2017 as Vice President, Global Procurement and Logistics. Recently celebrating the 40th anniversary since its first restaurant opening, The Cheesecake Factory is an industry favorite for Nation’s Restaurant News annual quality awards as well as a five-time Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For recipient.

Previously, Mark was Vice President, Global Logistics & International Supply Chain at Bloomin’ Brands, Inc., one of the world’s largest casual dining companies whose portfolio includes Outback Steakhouse, Bonefish Grill, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, and Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. In addition to building U.S. commodity capabilities, Mark developed and sustained supply chains in Brazil, South Korea, China and the Middle East.

Before joining Bloomin’ Brands, Mark created a centralized supply chain organization for Maui Land & Pineapple Company and Kapalua Resort amid the challenging logistics of a company’s operations isolated in the Pacific Ocean.

It was here he discovered his passion for maximizing the impact of a solidly built supply chain to a company’s bottom line, leading the North America Supply Chain Management Team in building supplier capability models and mapping long-term direction in productivity and total cost contract design.
