Kenneth N. Ivory is an inspirational, enthusiastic trainer, co-author, international speaker, passionate coach and mentor, and transformational hospitality leader. His professional career spans over thirty years in the hospitality, academic, and non-profit industries. He has served in various multi-unit and senior level roles from Area Manager for ACCOR Economy Lodging (Motel 6), District Manager with Sodexo Corporate Services, Vice-President of Business Operations for Shaw Food Services, Vice-President of Operations for Acorn Food Services, Executive Director & Chief of Staff for Saint James Family Life Center and Visions of Tomorrow Community Development Corporation, Regional Food and Beverage Operations Manager for Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, Chief Operating Officer of Perkins Management Services, and currently serves as Vice President of Operations for Creative Dining Services and Premiere Food Services, ranked #24 of the "Top 50" Contract Foodservice Management companies. He holds an Associate of Science in Home Economics from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from The University of Georgia, Postgraduate Diploma in Hospitality Studies and Master of Business Administration in Hospitality from Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England and doctoral studies at Oklahoma State University.
