John Welch is a Regional Vice President of Operations for Jersey Mike's Franchise Systems. John was added to the corporate team 2 years ago after spending the previous 11 years helping develop the San Diego market for Jersey Mike's. During that time John worked with franchisees and oversaw the operations and training for over 40 stores. Prior to joining the Jersey Mike's brand, John spent 8 years with Domino's Pizza operating stores. John has almost 20 years of restaurant experience.
