John Leen, Chief Revenue Officer of Dinova, is responsible for leading all aspects of sales operations, revenue generation, and strategy. Leen brings a distinctive combination of sales and marketing capability in the restaurant and retail industries, B2B and B2C, as well as acquisition assimilation experience. John has a notable record of creating shareholder value by successfully repositioning, transforming, and expanding sales organizations for improved productivity and accelerated growth.
Most recently, John was Chief Sales Officer for Rewards Network, a private equity-backed company in the credit card-linked loyalty sector and a leading provider of marketing and financial services to the restaurant industry. During his tenure, John successfully transformed the 232-employee national sales organization resulting in tremendous revenue and EBITDA growth and the successful sale of the company to a global private equity firm.
Prior to Rewards Network, John was Vice President of Retail Sales of the Pepsi Beverages Company’s Central Business Unit, a division of PepsiCo, where he was responsible for $3.0 billion in revenue across various retail channels. His team delivered consistent revenue and margin growth during his tenure while leading the sales organization through a bottler franchisee merger and a series of consolidations.
