Jennifer Johnson oversees business development and industry marketing for Kronos’ retail and hospitality practice group. She and her team are dedicated to sharing their industry expertise and ensuring that Kronos’ retail and hospitality specific offerings meet the unique needs of these sectors.
Johnson leads go-to-market efforts across the SMB and enterprise retail and hospitality markets for strategic human capital and workforce management solutions including HR/payroll, employee scheduling, labor forecasting, and workforce analytics.
Beyond leading go-to market initiatives, Johnson is responsible for the overall global retail and hospitality strategy and thought leadership. Johnson travels around the world sharing her market and industry expertise and has been quoted across industry publications.
Prior to her position at Kronos, Johnson held several marketing management positions at leading software technology organizations. Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a master’s degree in business administration from Fitchburg State University.
