Jeff has been involved in the restaurant industry most of his life. He started as a dishwasher, was a front of the house manager, back of the house chef and eventually became an innovator in chain restaurant R&D. Jeff led culinary innovation for companies like Red Lobster, Taco Bell and IHOP before landing his latest role as an advocate for natural ingredients in the foodservice industry. He leads the foodservice business development function for Chr Hansen a leading global supplier of natural colors in the food industry.
