J.B. Edwards is the President of Abacus Administrative Services, LLC. Abacus was formed in 2009 as a professional service corporation to provide accounting, IT, human resources, purchasing and other corporate services to restaurant groups. He is also actively involved with the Burke & Grow group which owns, operates and franchises over 150 restaurants across the nation. Previously, J.B. was employed at Eateries, Inc. a multi-unit restaurant chain with 60 locations in 20 states. Edwards joined Eateries in 2000 and spent seven years working as its Controller and eventually promoted to Chief Accounting Officer. From 1996 to 2000, Edwards was employed by Arthur Andersen, LLP. J.B. graduated cum laude from Oklahoma Christian University in 1996 with a B.B.A. in Accounting. He obtained his CPA certificate in 1998.
