Mr. Hardy joined Olga’s Kitchen in 2012 as the head of information technology. He spent his first two years implementing guest-facing technology and compiling analytics for decision-making. In addition, his role focused on improving systems that affect variable costs including labor and inventory management while helping to identify opportunities within the career development path for Olga’s Kitchen employees.
In 2014, Mr. Hardy was promoted to Director of Marketing for the Olga’s brand. His ability to implement measurable, successful marketing strategies using technology and form strong business partnerships helped to redevelop the discount strategy for Olga’s as well as optimize menu pricing and plate profitability.
Most recently, Mr. Hardy has focused on marketing processes and technologies that improve guest experience and engagement, track the spending lifecycle of a guest, and also bring actionable information to the rest of the management team for expedited decision making.
