Glenn Douglas is responsible for the management of all Sourcing and Café Distribution related functions for Panera Bread. He joined the organization in August 2017.
Prior to Panera, Mr. Douglas has held Supply Chain and Manufacturing leadership positions at multiple restaurant companies, including Noodles & Company and the Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. Prior to transitioning into the restaurant business, he worked in the Supply Chain organization for Coors Brewing Company and has experience providing Supply Chain consulting services to multiple Fortune 500 Technology and Manufacturing organizations.
Mr. Douglas holds a BA from University of Arizona in Management Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Denver with an emphasis in Supply Chain. He and his wife have two children and have recently relocated to the St. Louis area.
