Dave Altmann was named Co-Director of Operations for Jersey Mike’s alongside Marco Panicali in August of 2019 after serving as SVP of Strategic Initiatives since 2014. Dave brings more than 25 years of restaurant experience with Jersey Mike’s to this role and has aided in strategic initiatives such as the development of the current partnerships with all third party delivery partners and the first systemwide remodel program for Jersey Mike’s in 2004-2006. Dave holds a BA in Criminal justice/Law from Stockton University in southern New Jersey, is an avid outdoor enthusiast and currently lives in Wall Township, New Jersey.
