After working briefly for IHOP Corp. Chris acquired a single underperforming store in 1991. Chris has since grown the company to over 110 restaurants, employing approximately 6,000 employees in eleven states. He is the largest independently owned IHOP franchisee/developer and is ranked in the top 50 by the Franchise Times’ Restaurant 200.

 He is a two-time winner of IHOP’s Chairman Award for franchisee of the year and a consistent regional franchisee of the year winner. Chris has served on several franchisee boards, and was integral to forming and was a founding board member of the franchisee-owned buying co-op, Centralized Supply Chain Systems, Inc. (CSCS), as well as the Blue Roof Franchise Association.

 Chris also leads RCDG (Restaurant Capital & Development Group, LLC) which is focused on development and transactional acquisitions in and around the restaurant industry. RCDG has participated in transactions valued in excess of $100 million dollars since its inception in 2005.  

 Chris holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin.
