Born and raised in Philly, Brian headed for warmer climates in 2017. He landed in Orange County, CA where, because of his personal restaurant work experience and strong work ethic, he quickly established himself as an expert in restaurant management systems. When not rooting for his favorite team, the Philadelphia Eagles, he spends all of his time helping restaurant executives find ways to increase productivity and reduce costs in their organizations.
