Bill Ford is currently Director of Operations for Stewart Restaurant Group and has been in the restaurant business for over 20 years.  SRG is a franchisee of KFC/TB/A&W.  They operate 85 restaurants in 14 western states and employ approximately 1800 people.    Bill joined YUM brands then subsequently SRG 10 years ago.  Over the past 5 years, SRG has grown from 26 restaurants to their present 85 count and are still growing this “family” business.  Prior to SRG, Bill worked as a Senior Director of Operations for Kahala restaurants and worked in partnership with Tim Hortons to build Cold Stone Creameries in their restaurants.  

Bill is very passionate about people and culture development as well as running great restaurant operations.

Prior to his restaurant experience, Bill served in the U.S. Air Force as an Air Traffic Control Operator and Unit Training Manager.  Bill has a B.S. in Corporate Training and Organizational Development with a minor in Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
