Anthony Panichelli is the Brand Manager of Pizza Toppings and Dry Sausage for Hormel Foodservice, one of the leading value-added protein manufacturers in the industry. In this role, he leads foodservice marketing, P&L management, and new product development efforts for brands such as Hormel® Pepperoni, Columbus® Craft Meats, and Happy Little Plants® Plant-based proteins, among other responsibilities. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, he’s held various foodservice sales and marketing roles for Hormel in California, Washington, D.C., and Minnesota while staying active in the restaurant industry as a server, bartender, and line cook. Anthony lives in Rochester, Minnesota and on weekends enjoys cooking and road trips to Eater 38 restaurants.
