Alisha Gulden

Alisha Gulden has been a trusted advisor for training and certification products for the food service and hospitality industry for over 15 years. In this time, Gulden has created and implemented risk management solutions and career development programs across a wide-variety of industry business partners from large national and regional brands, state restaurant and lodging associations, health departments, liquor control commissions, and independent trainers. Recognized for her industry expertise, Gulden is known for her professional presentation and personable nature.

Gulden currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Service for the National Restaurant Association and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute where she leads a team of sales and service professionals focusing on programs and initiatives to manage risk and compliance, to attract, upskill and retain more industry workers and drive business performance. She strives to raise the bar for collaboration, creating strong relationships and a seamless customer experience.

In addition to her professional achievements, Gulden is active in industry professional organizations, serving on conference design teams and various scholarship fundraising committees. Gulden currently lives in Chicago and is an avid traveler and outdoors enthusiast.
