National Retail Properties (NYSE: NNN) is a public REIT, based in Orlando, FL that invests primarily in high-quality retail & restaurant properties subject generally to long-term, triple-net leases. As of December 31, 2017, NNN owns 2,764 properties in 48 states, with a gross leasable area of approximately 29.1 million sf and a weighted average remaining lease term of 11.5 years. This portfolio includes 849 restaurant properties, generating approximately 19.7% of NNN’s total annual rental revenue. NNN is an investment grade credit (BBB+/Baa1) with significant liquidity, and finances all of its acquisitions on an all-cash basis. NNN is one of 88 public companies and one of only three equity REITs to have increased annual dividends for 28 or more consecutive years.
