Kallpod

Kallpod was established on the belief that technology should increase human interaction and not replace it. Kallpod improves the speed and efficiency of your staff by connecting guests directly to their server as well as internal service teams to each other. The system works by placing “Kallpods”, small circular pods with one or three simple buttons in F&B areas so guests can request service at key touchpoints during their visit, such as when ready to order, ordering another round, or requesting the check. The Kallpod system facilitates better service by equipping servers via a smartwatch with real-time knowledge about what each guest requires at the moment.
